It is informed that Mechanic redemption point accrual exceeding 20 k is subject to TDS deduction under section 194R of last tax notification.
1. 10 % TDS deduction subject to the declaration of PAN.
2. 20% TDS deduction against non-declaration of PAN.
Ujjawal Retailer Loyalty Program Addendum
1. ITL has doubled redemption points till 30th of April’2022 and has embarked point conversion @ 25 paisa per point for redemption payout. The point would be singularized and available for redemption @ 25 Paisa per point with effect from 1st of May`22 for all the retailers enrolled under Ujjwal Loyalty Program.
2. As per the revised parts policy only 60% of the points can be redeemed against the total value of available redeemable points in the Ujjawal Loyalty portal.
3. 10 % of points will be deducted from the cumulative points of the retailers as TDS those who are eligible for TDS deduction as per the section 194 R income tax.( more than 20,000 INR earning)
4. Retailer will be able to generate fresh redemption request only After 90 days cycle from his last redemption date in the Loyalty portal.
5. In line with new business objectives and company policy ONE TIME retailer foreign trip policy under Ujjawal Loyalty program has been withdrawn.
