Sonalika Saarthi Loyalty Program is a Reward Scheme offered and promoted by International Tractors Limited (“ITL”) for the After Market.
The program entitles the registered members (Retailers and Mechanics) the right to earn loyalty points on eligible purchases. These points can be redeemed in accordance with the Points Redemption Policy announced / notified by ITL. The redemption policy and other conditions notified in due course of the program will always be read along and would be applicable with the terms and conditions of the program.
The program is open only to the Retailers and Mechanics of the Tractor Industry in the After Market and that are resident Indian Nationals and complete registration process as prescribed by ITL in the Mobile Registration App / Registration Form.
ITL reserves the right to reject any application for enrolment at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason or warning. Even after registration, ITL is well within its right to discontinue / cancel the registration of a registered member i.e., Retailer or Mechanic, without assigning any reason or cause as well as any concern such as incomplete information, incorrect information etc.
Accumulation of points will be subject to the method stipulated by ITL in its sole discretion from time to time.
The Retailers and Mechanics are expected to register themselves for the program through the official App provided by ITL.
In the case of any manual registration ITL will not be responsible for any damaged / mutilated / lost-in-transit / incorrectly filled forms for forms.
The explanation and clarification given in the FAQs form part of the program terms and conditions.
ITL reserves the right to withdraw any or all promotion benefits, at any point of time, without prior intimation.
ITL cannot be held responsible in any manner if the services provided by the Retailer / Mechanic does not provide appropriate or satisfactory services and ITL holds out no warranty and makes no representation in respect of the Retailers / Mechanics enrolled in the program.
Any product purchased by Retailer / Mechanic would be subject to standard warranty terms (if any) and ITL will not be responsible if the said goods / services are found defective / deficient / unsatisfactory otherwise.
ITL shall not be responsible for any liability incurred by the Retailer / Mechanic with respect to any aspect of the program such as payment of government liabilities and taxes etc.
ITL shall neither be responsible for any false or fictitious entry / registration submitted by the Retailer / Mechanic under this program nor shall ITL be liable to check the authenticity or credentials of the Retailers / Mechanics. Any issue relating to impersonation or inappropriate usage will not be investigated by ITL. However, ITL would have the right to suspend or terminate any registration in case of receipt of any complaint in this regard.
ITL shall not, in any way, be liable or under any obligation to the Retailers / Mechanics if the program is withdrawn or modified due to statutory enactments, judicial / quasi-judicial orders or any other reason beyond its control.
ITL reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the terms and conditions or the duration of the program, with or without prior notice.
The points accrued in the Retailers’ / Mechanics’ account are non-transferable.
Any fraud or abuse of the reward / benefits arising out of the program is subject to appropriate administrative and or legal action by ITL including forfeiture of accumulated points and related rewards / benefits and may result into the suspension or cancellation of the membership.
The Retailers / Mechanics will be registered under the program only after all the required documents are received by ITL for completion of registration including submission of valid ID proof, registered mobile number and designated savings / current bank details.
If some loyalty points and / or rewards / benefits are wrongly credited into any other account, the same can be debited or reversed by ITL by itself and the concerned Retailer /Mechanic will be informed accordingly.
In Case of any dispute on the points and / or rewards / benefits, the same shall be looked into / resolved only on production of the supporting transaction bill / MRP sticker to ITL’s call centre. He or she can take up the request with ITL
If a Retailer / Mechanic believes he or she has not received loyalty points for any eligible transaction, he or she can take up the request with ITL for such credits at their helpline number.
ITL will not accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond its reach or control and that may cause a delay or in-ability to fulfil requests of the registered Retailer / Mechanic.
The registration in the program would complete only when all documents mentioned in the registration form are completed in all respects. Any defect or unavailability of the documents under the program can disentitle or cause suspension or deregistration for any Retailer / Mechanic as determined by ITL.
Point conversion percentage can change anytime without prior intimation by ITL.
Any dispute, claim or legal action against ITL, its agencies and their respective employees related as result of this activity / program will be subject to Hoshiarpur jurisdiction, exclusively.
The merchandise available in the catalogue would carry its routine manufacturer warranty unless mentioned otherwise thereof for all requests for maintenance / warranty / replacement issues. The retailers / mechanics has to directly contact the manufacturer / authorised agent / distributor.
ITL reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the reward points at any time without any prior notice.
Product received in damaged condition should be reported within 48 hours. ITL or its agency will not be responsible for the same beyond 48 hours.
Cash remittance to the beneficiaries’ savings bank account against redemption of points earned will be done within 48 hours from the time of receipt of redemption request.
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding products / services shall not constitute a claim against ITL. ITL and its designated agency’s decision will be final and binding in case of any dispute over the program implementation. The disputes, if any, are subject to courts of Hoshiarpur.
Only registered business partner can login in App, who are part of our business. We run a loyalty project for our partners and we have to credit and share the information about their incentive and business status for this purpose App is being used:-
App access to collect data –
• Geo location to confirm the store location of our business partners so that our executive could visit to store for meeting
• Phone call - Our business support team get in touch with our partners
• Camera – User has to scan product codes and he has to share the images also.
Purpose of data collection – We have to run various schemes for our customers and organize events in their region, we have to reflect business status and redemption details that is why we collect the data.
Data Sharing – We do not share the user data with any third party through App.
